We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email and, optionally, phone, company, project type, estimated budget and the content of your message.
2. For what purpose
We use your data to respond to your request for information or a quote and to contact you in relation to it.
We do not use your data to send you commercial communications without your consent.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
4. Data retention
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. When it is no longer necessary, we will delete it.

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required. Data may be processed by our technology service providers (web hosting and email), which act as data processors and comply with data protection regulations.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the controller's email address, indicating the right you wish to exercise.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
